"Find it. Feel it. Fix it up — I’ve got you covered."

Hi, I’m Klea.

After spending over 15 years designing kitchens and baths (yes, I genuinely enjoy comparing grout colors), I decided to expand my obsession with homes and got my North Carolina real estate license in January 2024. I joined HHAT (Howard Hanna Allen Tate) Realtors in May because, frankly, it felt like a natural next step — helping people not just renovate their homes, but actually find them.

I was born and raised in Albania, and I’ve called Charlotte home since 2002. I’m passionate about connecting with people — whether that means organizing events in my neighborhood, staying active in Charlotte’s Albanian community, or chatting about home buying strategies over coffee (or tea, if we’re being honest).

Languages are another one of my passions — I speak fluent Albanian, Spanish, and English, and I can hold a pretty decent conversation in Greek and Italian (as long as no one throws in obscure idioms). This comes in handy more often than you'd think, especially in a beautifully diverse city like Charlotte.
